Xero subscription changes

Xero is launching a new line-up of business plans, as well as upcoming pricing changes for business plan subscriptions in New Zealand.

Changes to pricing

Xero has announced that it will be introducing price increases on its monthly subscription charges on 1 September 2025. Please update your AP (if applicable).

Depending on which Xero plan you subscribe to the new monthly fees will be (plus GST): Ignite ($35 no change), Grow ($83), Comprehensive ($110) and Ultimate ($125).

If you subscribe through us, we will continue to pass on the discount that Xero provides to us. However, as we merely pass on the subscription charges, we will have to pass on these increases.

Introducing new plans

From 12 September 2024, Xero launched three new streamlined business plans (Xero Ignite, Xero Grow and Xero Comprehensive) and enhancing the Ultimate plan in New Zealand. The three new plans will replace the Starter, Standard and Premium plans. Due to numerous complaints, Xero added the payroll add-on back to the business plans. Please contact us to find out more about the new plans and pricing and how Xero intends to move customers. The final migration to the new plans will take place in September 2025.
